Postage
We strongly encourage our Singaporean friends to buy from our various local stockists or to send an email to us before making a purchase.
All orders are shipped via British Royal Mail.
All mails will be trackable and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking code.
Please allow 24 hours for local orders and a few days for international orders before checking your tracking number.
Local shipment: Once your order is shipped, it will take 2-3 working days for it to reach you. International shipment: It takes 7-14 days for it to reach you.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer expedited shipping services.
Each jewellery is a product of long hard-work and can take up to a week to be made. With each pendant formed, sanded, glazed and strung by hand in the studio, each piece is unique and cannot be duplicate.
We use the strongest clay available for our jewellery so to ensure your pendants last a long time. It will survive high falls but please do not bend your pendants forcefully because like most things, it will crack under pressure.
Hardware
We strive to use gold-plated hardware from reputable and sustainable sources. However, the nature of gold-plating causes loss of shine and colour over time. You can slow down this process by cleaning your jewellery after use and removing it before shower and swimming.
The silver-filled chains are made to last a very long time and unfortunately, we have yet to find an affordable option for the gold chains. We hope to offer this option soon!
Bio-resin
Since our launch in November 2014, we have sourced for sustainable options for the materials used in our jewellery.
We're excited to reveal that since July 2015, we have successfully replaced all our resins with bio-resin.
These bioresins are imported from California and are of the highest clarity and quality. As it's name suggest, it is environment-friendly.
With superior UV-resistent properties, the resin coating found of our jewellery last a very long time and does not yellow.
Making the switch to bio resin reduces our carbon foot print through the reduction in CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions from processing.
Sourced as co-products or from waste streams of other industrial processes, such as wood pulp and bio-fuels production, it also eliminating harmful byproducts and reducing power and water consumption.
